 <li>Manually enter blood pressure data or connect your external blood pressure monitor to Apple Health via Bluetooth for easy analysis. Your data will remain securely stored in Apple Health, allowing you to print or share it with your doctor remotely.</li>
 <li>Receive alerts on important cardio signals like elevated heart rate, blood pressure, irregular heart rhythm (Afib), and low blood oxygen levels (detected using your Apple Watch).</li>
 <li>If a daily indicator reveals a risk area, BreathNow suggests engaging in an activity from an extended list of options to reduce heart health risks. Activities include slow breathing, meditation, acupressure, calming music, yoga, and more. The list of breathing exercises includes lower BP breathing, 4-7-8 meditation breathing exercise, IMST breathing exercise, box breathing, and others.</li>
 <li>Connect your blood pressure monitor to Apple Health for automatic data download or manually enter readings.</li>
 <li>Use your Apple Watch to discreetly perform breathing exercises without needing to look at your phone's screen. The Apple Watch will automatically fall asleep afterward.</li>
