BreathNow is a robust blood pressure app and stress monitor that offers a range of features to help users relax, lower heart health risks, and manage their cardiovascular health. It includes breathing exercises, meditations, and more. One notable feature is the cardio fitness test developed by scientists at the University of Cambridge. It's important to note that an external blood pressure monitor is required to take blood pressure readings.

It provides practical tools, such as meditation and slow breathing exercises, to actively lower blood pressure and heart rate. It also alerts users to key heart risk areas and recommends activities to mitigate these risks.

 <li>Measure heart rate, stress, and cardio fitness (VO2Max) using your phone’s camera—no external sensors required.</li>
 <li>Participate in breathing exercises or meditate, then measure stress levels again to assess effectiveness.</li>
 <li>Manually enter blood pressure data or connect your external blood pressure monitor to Apple Health via Bluetooth for easy analysis. Your data will remain securely stored in Apple Health, allowing you to print or share it with your doctor remotely.</li>
 <li>Receive alerts on important cardio signals like elevated heart rate, blood pressure, irregular heart rhythm (Afib), and low blood oxygen levels (detected using your Apple Watch).</li>
 <li>If a daily indicator reveals a risk area, BreathNow suggests engaging in an activity from an extended list of options to reduce heart health risks. Activities include slow breathing, meditation, acupressure, calming music, yoga, and more. The list of breathing exercises includes lower BP breathing, 4-7-8 meditation breathing exercise, IMST breathing exercise, box breathing, and others.</li>
 <li>Connect your blood pressure monitor to Apple Health for automatic data download or manually enter readings.</li>
 <li>Use your Apple Watch to discreetly perform breathing exercises without needing to look at your phone's screen. The Apple Watch will automatically fall asleep afterward.</li>

We offer auto-renewing in-app subscriptions for a Pro version, which includes all heart rate meditation, breathing exercises, and meditation breathing exercises. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the period unless cancelled by the user.
