 <li>Receive alerts on important cardio signals like elevated heart rate, blood pressure, irregular heart rhythm (Afib), and low blood oxygen levels (detected using your Apple Watch).</li>
 <li>If a daily indicator reveals a risk area, BreathNow suggests engaging in an activity from an extended list of options to reduce heart health risks. Activities include slow breathing, meditation, acupressure, calming music, yoga, and more. The list of breathing exercises includes lower BP breathing, 4-7-8 meditation breathing exercise, IMST breathing exercise, box breathing, and others.</li>
